A class to Import Pictures from a Jpeg2000 format. The picture can be imported from a File, string or IBinaryStreamReader.
Jpeg2000 supports loss-less compression and alpha channels.

 Codec | Sets codec to be used. |
| ErrorMessage | For some errors then further detail may come in text, if there is more detail then this property will contain the extra detail as text. |
| Grayscale | Use this property after importing a Jpeg2000 image to get information if the decoded picture was Grayscale or color picture. |
| LastError | Code for last error that occurred |
| ProgressHandler | To get progress feedback then assign a a class instance that implements the IProgressHandler interface to this property. |
