A simple comparison that just returns true or false if the two bitmaps are the same.
Compare(p1 as RawBitmap,
p2 as RawBitmap) as Boolean
Parameters

- One of the bitmaps to compare.
- p2
- The other bitmap to be compared.
Returns
- Boolean
- true if the images are identical, false if their not.
